about the speakers
kaitlin czanstkowski
Kaitlin is a Functional & Integrative Nutrition Practitioner and the founder of 7 Point Health & Wellness. With a background in functional nutrition, naturopathy, lifestyle medicine, and bioenergetic testing, she is passionate about helping people uncover the root causes of their health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. Her approach focuses on the seven key areas that influence health and healing: Nutrition/deficiencies, Immune, Biochemical/Genetics, Lifestyle, Environment, Toxins/Trauma, and Sleep/Stress (N.I.B.L.E.T.S.), helping clients identify hidden stressors and opportunities for lasting wellness. She believes true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and supporting the body's innate ability to heal and function as God designed it.

She is passionate about helping individuals better understand and connect with their bodies through education, compassionate care, and practical strategies that support lasting health and confidence.
