Hi, I’m Misty Gigliotti, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with nearly a decade in the health and wellness industry.
I help women of all ages rebuild strength, restore balance, and move confidently, even if you’ve struggled with pain, injuries, or mobility issues in the past.
My mission is simple: to teach you how to train smarter, recover better, and feel stronger in every part of life, not just in the gym.
My Philosophy
I believe strength training should be empowering, not intimidating. My approach combines science-based programming, corrective exercise, and a supportive, no-pressure environment so you can make progress that lasts.
You won’t find one-size-fits-all workouts here. Instead, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs, whether that’s rebuilding after injury, improving balance and mobility, gaining strength, or simply finding the confidence to move freely again.

Mental Health Advocacy
I live with bipolar disorder and panic disorder, and I’m proof that healing and hope are possible. My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced dark seasons, hospital stays, and years of learning to manage my mental health through medication, movement, nutrition, laughter, and a strong support system.
But I’ve also discovered something powerful: movement can change everything. It’s helped me find balance, purpose, and joy again. Today, my smile is real, and I’m proud to use my voice to advocate for mental health and help end the stigma surrounding it.
