SEMI-PRIVATE

(max 2 people)

Train together. Progress individually.

Semi-private sessions (maximum of 2 clients) are perfect if you like the motivation of a partner while still receiving personal coaching. I’ll guide, correct, and encourage you both every step of the way.

ALUMNI CIRCUIT

(STRENGTH BIAS)

This small-group, coached circuit is designed for women who want to continue building strength, confidence, and consistency without the burnout. Each session combines functional strength training with just enough cardio to challenge you and keep things fun. You’ll train your entire body using safe, effective progressions that meet you where you are.

  • Build energy, confidence, and resilience in a supportive environment of like-minded women in a private gym
