I live in another state. Can I work with you?
Absolutely! We can work together remotely. We’ll start with a call to ensure we’re a good fit. Then, I’ll set you up on the CoachRX app where I’ll provide custom workouts with video guidance. We’ll keep in touch through the app, as well as text and/or phone. Plus, we’ll have check-in calls to review your progress and address questions and concerns.
I have a friend I want to workout with. Can we workout together?
Definitely! I love semi-private training sessions—they’re engaging and fun for everyone involved. First, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your goals and schedules to ensure we can create a program that works for everyone.
i UNDERSTAND YOU WORK WITH MOSTLY WOMEN. wOULD YOU WORK WITH MY HUSBAND AND ME?
Of course! I’ve worked with people of all ages and fitness levels, both men and women. Training with you and your husband would be a semi-private session, and I would love to help you both on your wellness journey. I think it’s wonderful when couples choose to prioritize their health together.
I’m not “aging” but am interested in working together. Do you work with the younger demographic?
I’m here for women who want to get stronger, feel more confident, and improve their quality of life. If that’s you, I’d love to connect!
I just need to know how to lift weights. I don’t need ongoing accountability. How will this look?
My goal is to help you gain the confidence and skills to work out independently, as soon as possible. I’m also here for ongoing guidance, whether you need new programming or a form check later down the road. Knowing correct technique is crucial for maximizing results and avoiding injury. Once you’ve mastered the basics, I’ll be available for maintenance sessions or whenever you need fresh programming.
I have an elderly parent who needs to work on balance? Can you customize your workouts?
Absolutely! Training needs vary with age, injuries, and health conditions, and I’m experienced in tailoring programs accordingly. I often combine strength and balance exercises, though we can focus solely on balance if that’s what’s needed. Let’s chat to see if I’m the right trainer for your parent.
I’ve had an injury. I’m cleared to workout but have limitations. Can you work with me?
Yes! As an Active Life Professional Candidate, I specialize in working with individuals who have had injuries and are dealing with limitations. I’ve trained to help people safely return to exercise after injury, focusing on improving movement quality and addressing the root causes of pain and discomfort. As long as you've been cleared by your doctor, I’d love to work with you. Let’s start with a call to discuss your goals, limitations, and how we can create a personalized plan that works for you.
I have a significant amount of weight to lose. Can you help me?
Yes, as both a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’m here to support a balanced approach to wellness, focusing on building strength, balanced nutrition, hydration, and healthy habits. Keep in mind that around 80% of weight loss depends on your diet. I don’t believe in quick fixes or restrictive diets; instead, I’ll guide you in making sustainable, healthy food choices to achieve lasting results. This will be focused on real foods.
I need someone to write me a meal plan. Do you do that?
I focus on teaching clients how to eat real, nutritious food without rigid meal plans. While I don’t provide specific meal plans, I’ll offer guidance on balanced meals and suggest healthy options for each mealtime, so you can create a plan that works for you.
I want to get into bodybuilding. Are you my person?
That’s exciting! However, bodybuilding isn’t my specialty, so I’d recommend another trainer who specializes in that area. Feel free to reach out if you need a referral, or best of luck on your journey.
